1918 – 2014

BRIGHTON, Mass. — Lilyan Wiener, 96, born in Montreal, Quebec, a resident of Auburn for 72 years and for the past nine years of Brighton, Mass., passed away on Monday, June 23. She was the widow of the late Milton Wiener.

Lilyan was a loving mother to Stephanie Sher and her husband, Ian, of West Roxbury, Mass., Alan Wiener and his wife, Nancy, of Sharon, Mass., and Ava Derman and her husband, Steven, of Marshfield, Mass.; beloved “Mimi” to grandchildren, Randi Simon and her husband, Doug, Jared Wiener and his wife, Jacqui, Amy Peterson and her husband, Rob, Joshua Derman and his wife, Amit, and Jeremy Derman and his girlfriend, Jess Dennis; and to great-grandchildren, Ethan, Shayna, Sydney, Charlie, Alex and Alyssa.
