JAY — Funeral services for Jeffrey M. Riggs of Livermore were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 23, from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 308 Franklin Road (Route 133), Jay, with Rhonda Wiles-Rosell as celebrant. Family members and close friends offered words of remembrance. Pallbearers were Kevin Dorey, Kevin McCulley, Kevin Perkins, Rob Riggs, Ben Harris and Clint Dorey. Committal services with full military honors provided by Camp Keyes, Augusta, was at the Stubbs Mills Cemetery, East Jay.
