NORWAY — The Second Congregational Church, UCC, 205 Main St., is seeking donations of books for, their “Under the Tent Book Sale” on Saturday, July 12.

Books may now be brought to the church Tuesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or placed in the Parsonage Barn at any time.

Many books have already been collected, and organizers continue to accept text books, cook books, craft books, children’s books, fiction, nonfiction, paper backs and hard covers.

Volunteers are also needed to sort books on Thursday, July 10, and Friday, July 11. For more information, contact the church office at 207-743-2290.

The funds generated from the book sale will be used to support the many missions and activities of the Second Congregational Church. At the Second Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, all are welcome to join in worship, study and fellowship.
