PARIS — The state dismissed felony aggravated drug trafficking charges against a Rumford woman after she agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge.

Dawn Marie Miller, 39, of 818 Hillside Ave. in Rumford pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, according to court documents. She was placed on probation for one year and ordered to pay $1,000 in fines.

On May 9, state prosecutors dropped multiple felony aggravated drug charges after Miller was arrested in April 2012, accused of trafficking cocaine and oxycodone from her home, according to court documents.

Based upon the evidence seized at Miller’s home, police searched the Mexico home of Bryan Ernest Worthley Jr., where they seized marijuana plants, small amounts of cocaine and other drug paraphernalia.

Worthley is expected to appear in Oxford County Superior Court next week.
