BIDDEFORD (AP) — State police say two men are dead after an apparent shooting in an apartment in Biddeford.
Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said Biddeford police were called to an apartment house on Western Avenue for a shooting around 7 p.m. Sunday. He said one man died at Maine Medical Center and the other died in an ambulance.
McCausland says police have secured the apartment, making it safe for investigators to enter.
He says more details likely will be released on Monday.
