POLAND — Summit Springs Golf Course is under new ownership and management and will be known as The Clubhouse at Summit Springs.

Purchased and managed by Stephen Kinney, the nine-hole course sits at the crest of Summit Spring Road and has sweeping views of Mount Washington and Poland Spring.

Plans include restoring the clubhouse, one of the original cottages of the old hotel, to include a food and beverage establishment and pro-shop surrounded by a wraparound deck. Other improvements will feature the restoration of sand traps, fairway and greens work, and more recreational activities.
