Angel A. Cabrera, 22, Rumford, two counts of aggravated drug trafficking, criminal conspiracy, July 26, 1 p.m., Rumford, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.  

Alexander B. Doerr, 20, Auburn, operating under the influence, July 26, 5:36 a.m., Oxford, Oxford Police Department. 

Dennis P. Larosee, 63, Westford, Mass., operating under the influence, July 26, 12:36 a.m., Oxford, Oxford Police Department.
