LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Lorenzo J. Kirouac was celebrated by the Rev. Aaron Damboise Tuesday, July 29, at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.

Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, the Rev. Damboise recited committal prayers followed by the United States Army Honor Detail that played “taps” and presented our country’s flag to Larry’s son, Donald Kirouac, in recognition of his father’s service to his country during World War II.

The pallbearers were Carol Thibodeau, Brian, Jeff and Julian Kirouac, as well as Ken Black and Dick Baillargeon.

At the conclusion of services, all in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant in Lewiston. Arrangements by Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston.
