LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a free, Brown Bag workshop titled Become an effective College Navigator.

It is scheduled from noon to 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28. The workshop will be geared for adult learners and will be presented by Joan Macri and Jan Phillips of College for ME-Androscoggin.

The goal is to train people to be skilled mentors/advisers to help more adults start or restart their post-secondary education.
