1929 – 2014

TAMPA, Fla. — Clara Hiscock, 84, formerly of East Dixfield, died Saturday, July 26, in Florida.

She was born in Oakland on Oct. 2, 1929, a daughter of Chesley “Roy” and Margaret (Eastman) McLeod. She lived in East Dixfield for many years and worked at G.H. Bass and Co., in Wilton.

Clara liked going to church and listening to Randy Travis. She also enjoyed going to yard sales, and loved to shop and going out to eat.

She is survived by her children, Brian Hiscock and his wife, Sharon, Timothy Knowles and Pamela Lee and her husband, Jay; grandsons, Sean Hiscock, Jared and Brian Moody, Matthew and Michael Balsamo and Joseph, William II, Daniel and Thomas Robinson; granddaughters, Tanya (Balsamo) Estabrook and Bryanna Wells; and many great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Hiscock; and sons, William Robinson and Jerry Robinson.
