PHILLIPS — A Franklin County deputy is investigating a burglary and vandalism at two separate properties over the weekend.
On Saturday, Deputy Andrew Morgan responded to a 6:21 p.m. report of vandalism at the American Legion Hall on Depot Street, Lt. David Rackliffe said.
Some windows had been broken at the hall.
Morgan also responded to a 10:03 p.m. report on Friday of a burglary on Bridge Street. Someone had entered the residence and stole a laptop and tablet, Rackliffe said.
