PARIS — The Hamlin Memorial Library and Museum is now open three days a week year-round. The new schedule is the same throughout the year: Tuesdays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays 1 to 6 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
