CASCO— A program on “Metal Detecting (A Window to The Past)” will be presented at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, at Raymond-Casco Historical Museum, Route 302.
In this unique presentation, Wolf-Ingo Hartig will discuss his hobby of metal detecting. He will begin by sharing the history of metal detecting and its origins.
Ingo will be following this up with many of his unique and unusual finds, and end with answering any questions.
Anyone with an interest in metal detecting is encouraged to attend. Those who already share this hobby are encouraged to come and compare (or share) stories of their own treasures.
Admission is free; donations are appreciated.
