1926 – 2014

LEWISTON — Arthur P. Kendall, 88, of Lisbon and formerly of Randolph, Mass., passed away Tuesday evening, Sept. 2, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born on June 3, 1926, a son of the late Arthur and Gertrude (Gaffey) Kendall. He grew up in the Randolph, Mass., area and attended local school there. He moved to Maine in 1992, and has lived in Lisbon since.

He is survived by a sister, Margaret Delong, of Abington, Mass.; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Bernice “Dolly” (Young) Kendall, in 2009; a brother, Robert Kendall Sr.; and his sisters, Barbara Kendall and Ruth O’Regan.
