CLEARWATER, Fla. — Dorothy Monroe Smith, 86, a native of Lewiston, passed away in Clearwater, Fla., on Friday, Aug. 29.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Ethel Sanborn Monroe.

Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Charles. She was the mother of Sidney and Dorrie (Russell); and grandmother of Toby and Shawn.
