1925 – 2014

AUBURN — Pauline Wanda Jennings, 89, formerly of Livermore Falls, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 3, at Clover Manor, where she resided for the past several years.

Wanda was born on July 20, 1925, a daughter of Harold W. and Gladys (French) Hennings, and was a 1943 graduate of Livermore Falls High School. She later attended the Auburn Maine School of Commerce. Wanda worked at Prudential Insurance Co., in Lewiston, for 36 years, where she was employed as an office manager.

She enjoyed traveling in her younger years and will be remembered for wearing her red sneakers while residing at Clover.

She is survived by her cousins, Thomas Mosher of Minot, Gerald Mosher of Auburn, Joanne Balliere of Lewiston and William Wing and Roberta Proctor, both of Auburn; and close friends, Mary Brougham of Manchester, Helen Edwards of Dixfield and Gloria Holland of Auburn.

She was predeceased by a sister, Brenda J. Cook, in 2008.

The family would like to thank Dr. Hattan and the entire staff at Clover Manor for the wonderful care Wanda received, from the housekeeping and maintenance staff to the kitchen and nursing staff.
