LEWISTON — Thomas H. Lemay, 86, of Lewiston, passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, Sept. 2, after an extended illness.

Tom proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years. He enjoyed fishing and family gatherings. He took great pride in everything he did, up until the end.

Tom is survived by his wife, Lorraine; sons, David (Geselia) and Brian Lemay; granddaughters, Jennifer Lemay, Celena Boulanger and Laura Hobbs; stepsons, Thomas (Michelle), Don (Ann), Chris (Sue) and Mark Barbay; stepdaughters, Patricia Melanson (Wane), Elizabeth Barr (Don) and Janet Robinson; a special granddaughter, Sarah Barbay; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry and Richard (Anne Marie) Lemay; and numerous nieces and nephews.
