Rumford — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Theresa Fitzmorris was celebrated 10 a.m., Monday, Sept 8, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Precious Lord Take My Hand,” “I Heard the Voice of Jesus” and “Fly Like a Bird.” The Old and New Testaments were proclaimed by Barbara Doherty. Personal reflections were shared by her great-niece, Kelly Louvat. Interment was in St. John Cemetery, where special music, “He Looked Beyond My Faults,” was sung by her sister-in-law, Rena Fitzmorris. Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
