LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Eloise M. Vachon was celebrated by the Rev. Marc Caron on Thursday, Sept. 18, at Holy Cross Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.

During the Mass, Eloise’s grandson, Alex Vachon, proclaimed a New Testament reading. The Prayer of the Faithful was recited by Eloise’s granddaughter, Alyssa Daigneault. The soloist was Danielle Vachon.

Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, the Rev. Caron recited committal prayers. At the conclusion of services, all in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at Governor’s Restaurant in Lewiston.

The pallbearers were Travis, Alex, and Tyler Vachon, as well as Scott Guay.

Arrangements were by Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home in Lewiston.
