SCARBOROUGH — The Alzheimer’s Association, Maine Chapter has announced the following upcoming Early Stage Social Engagement Programs. Advance registration for all programs is required.
A tour of Washburn Norlands Living History Center in Livermore on Sept. 26, will features historical re-enactors who depict challenging 18th- and 19th-century rural life in Maine.
The tour includes many of the genuine structures and artifacts which help bring to life this important era in Maine history. Cost is $10 per person.
The Maine Chapter’s Early Stage Social Engagement Program is open to those living with early stage Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias and their care partners.
