RUMFORD — Phoenix John Hyde was born without a heartbeat at Rumford Hospital on Thursday, Sept. 18.

He is survived by his parents, Luke and Kayla Hyde of Dixfield, and big brother, Logan Hyde, of Dixfield; grandparents, Richie Philbrick of Mexico and Amanda Hyde of England; great-grandparents, Steve and Jane MacDonald of Rumford; aunts, Megan Philbrick of Mexico and Jade Hyde of England; and many great-aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandmother, Tammy Philbrick; grandfather, William Hyde; and great-grandparents, Beverly Martin, Basil Martin and Richard Philbrick.

We would like to thank the OB nurses and doctors at Rumford Hospital for their amazing care and compassion, and an even bigger thank-you to Dr. Sinclair for her kindness and incredible support through it all.
