RUMFORD — Barry Lee “Mr. B.” Buotte, 69, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Rumford Hospital. He was a resident of Spruce Street in Rumford.

Born in Rumford on Jan. 4, 1945, he was a son of Eva Mae (Giroux) Buotte. He attended Rumford schools and owned and operated Mr. B’s Hairstylist Shop in Rumford.

Barry was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church in Rumford.

Survivors include a nephew, Kevin Buotte, of Venice Beach, Fla.; a niece, Kim Buotte, of Windham; a step-nephew, Greg Blouin, of Biddeford; and his special friend, Edie Russell, of Rumford.

He was predeceased on the same day by his brother, Michael, of Rumford; and his mother, Eva Mae Buotte.
