People expect those who serve in public office to be truthful, kind, compassionate, smart, committed to public service and informed. Heidi Brooks possesses all of those attributes.

She is respectful of people’s needs and sees her work through to the finish. She is a candidate who is willing to talk about the issues and listen to what a person has to say.

With her medical background, she believes that health care is a human right. She supports affordable health care. It only makes sense that when a person has insurance that includes preventive care and screening, they are healthier. Healthy employees go to work, are more dependable and productive. That helps small businesses be more profitable.

Brooks was born in Lewiston and brought up in the Twin Cities. She came back to make a difference.
