Dorothy Hiscock celebrated her 100th birthday at the Victorian Villa in Canton with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also present for the Sept. 17 gathering was her only living sibling, Roger Gammon. Hiscock was born on Sept. 17, 1914, in the old homestead on Gurney Hill in Hartford. The fifth of 10 children born to Percy and Nellie Gammon, Hiscock graduated from Buckfield High School and married Burton Hiscock in 1933. They made their home in Livermore where they raised their six children.
