Thibeault is the son of John and Lise Thibeault of Lewiston. He is a 2008 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, with a degree in political science.

The MCC conducts conservation projects throughout Maine, including extensive recreational trail construction and rehabilitation.

Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Commissioner Walt Whitcomb welcomed them, and highlighted the work the MCC does on behalf of Maine citizens. Whitcomb said, “Since 1983, MCC-supported projects have helped build the infrastructure that so many Maine citizens enjoy in our parks and public places.”
