Spokesman Steve McCausland said Paul Orchard, 33, faces a murder charge in the death of 57-year-old Paula Nuttall. She was found dead Saturday morning in the kitchen of the home she shared with four other family members. Police haven’t said how she died.
McCausland said the son-in-law was arrested Sunday night after he was discharged from the hospital. Police haven’t said why he was hospitalized or what led them to suspect him in Nuttall’s death.
He is being held in the Oxford County jail. A court appearance is expected either Tuesday or Wednesday.
