AUBURN — Macaroni Kid Androscoggin, in conjunction with Disney Junior, hosted a season premiere preview party of Doc McStuffins School of Medicine recently at Flagship Cinemas. Party attendees watched two never-before-seen episodes of the new season, which premiered to the public on Sept. 26.
Young guests each brought a favorite stuffed animal friend to the party. Dr. Anne Brown and Dawn Cormier, RN, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, were on hand to give each toy a check-up (just like on the Doc McStuffins television show).
The providers taught children about the importance of routine health care and about the tools used for a general exam.
Macaroni Kid Androscoggin often hosts events for area families, including special movie and television screenings as well as annual Baby Brunches, Back-to-School Parties and Holiday Preview Events.
Macaroni Kid Androscoggin River Valley is a free, weekly e-newsletter and accompanying website featuring kid-friendly events in Androscoggin County and bordering communities. Subscriptions to the family newsletter are available for free at www.arv.macaronikid.com.
