LEWISTON — SymQuest will host a public open house from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, at its newly renovated Bates Mill Complex office following a ceremonial ribbon cutting earlier in the day

The company’s move from its former location in Auburn doubled the company’s footprint in the area and reinforced its vision to double its Maine workforce to 70 employees over the next three years, according to Larry Sudbay, president and CEO of SymQuest.

At the event, Sudbay will announce details about the Extreme Office Makeover — a charitable campaign to benefit area nonprofits with a $25,000 technology makeover. Sudbay will outline the criteria and answer questions, and the company will unveil the campaign’s registration page.

The open house will feature hors d’oeuvres and refreshments by Bates Mill neighbors Fish Bones restaurant and Baxter Brewing Co.
