Rumford seniors to review bylaws
RUMFORD — The Rumford Senior Citizens will have a membership meeting at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, to review the bylaws.
The group is offering a nine-day Nashville trip from April 25 to May 3 for $739, $75 due at signing.

Rumford quilters planning fabric swap
RUMFORD — RAQ (Rumford Area Quilters) will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday , Nov. 13, at the Rumford United Methodist Church, Linnell Street.
The Fall Fabric Swap will consist of 10-inch squares of fall colored print or solid cotton fabric that has been washed and dryer dried.

Elks to honor veterans at supper
RUMFORD — The Rumford Elks Lodge will hold a Veterans Supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14. Menu will include baked ziti, salad, bread and dessert for $7. Veterans will eat free.
From 7 to 9 p.m. Golden Oldies will be played and people are invited to bring their 45s.
