LEWISTON — Community Concepts recently promoted Dennis Lajoie to the executive team as the new vice president of economic development and housing.

Lajoie also maintains his current role as CEO of Community Concepts Finance Corp., a title he has held since February of 2012. Lajoie works primarily at Community Concepts’ Lewiston office at 240 Bates St. Other offices are located at 17 Market Square, South Paris, and at 284 Main St., Wilton.

Lajoie began serving the agency in 1982 on the housing weatherization crew. He has held numerous positions within the agency, including bookkeeper, rehab tech, system manager, housing developer and director of housing and real estate development.

He serves as the chairman of the advisory council for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston and is also treasurer of the Hebron Stations schools’ before- and after-school child care program.

He lives in Hebron with his wife and son.
