RUMFORD- Brian and Jess Nichols celebrated their sixth year in business as Brian’s Bistro this past June. They consider themselves extremely fortunate to have loyal patrons who recognize good food and appreciate it the way they do.

“We are truly fortunate to have our supporters,” noted Jess.

This Thanksgiving and Christmas season the Nichols would like to invite you in to share their dining experience with your family and friends by allowing them to host your party.
“There are a few dates still open,” noted Jess. “We would love to have you fill those limited spaces and celebrate the season with us.”

Jess wanted to remind you that the new year is always a sell out, so make your arrangements early. “Make your last meal of 2014 amazing!”

You may be wondering what else happens at Brian’s Bistro throughout the year. Well, every Wednesday is Steak Night, and Tuesday and Thursday is Taps & Apps.

The Bistro offers half pound sirloin steak grilled to your liking, served with a soup or salad as a side for only $15.

“Each week Brian creates a super fun little menu where each appetizer is only $5, and draft beers are $3.
“We enjoy offering great value to all our customers,” noted Jess. It’s a great way to sample different menu items and have a night out at an incredible price.”

Speaking of menus, Jess told us that Brian is working on a new one. “We still have the traditional standbys everyone enjoys, but he’s definitely putting a new twist on some of the original items, so stay tuned!”

Looking ahead to 2015, Brian’s Bistro will be offering a four course prix fix wine dinner on Sunday, January 18th!

“We are lucky enough to have Sam Brown, the Sommelier from Pine State Beverage, come do a presentation,” noted Jess.
The cost will be $60 per person. All profits from this event will be benefiting the Holy Savior School.

Brian’s Bistro is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 4pm-9pm, Thursday and Friday from 11:30am-9pm and on Saturday from 4pm-9pm.
If you’re looking for a some Christmas Eve lunch fun, the Bistro will be hosting their annual lunch from 11-2 that day.
