Norway Savings Bank and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston recently presented The Progress Center of Norway with matching $1,000 donations through the Grants for New England Partnerships program. The Progress Center serves adults and children with intellectual disabilities, mental illness and/or physical disabilities in 49 communities throughout four counties in Maine and also operates a community kitchen in the Oxford Hills region. The funding from the matching donations will be used to continue providing meals at the Oxford Hills Community Kitchen.
