Don Bess Team: Ron, Ed and Rick took first with a 30, winning a Diadema $75 gift certificate. San Attwood’s Team: Mack, Jim and Todd tied at 31. The No. 3 hole was used as a tiebreaker (4 on No. 3) and the trio received Diadema $50 gift certificate. Whitey Braley’s Team: Kevin, Michelle and Steve (31) took third (5 and No. 3) and received four golf passes to Sand River Golf Course; In the $2,500, 60-foot putting contest, Mike Stone from Jay won the six-way playoff and was 10 inches off the mark. Mike received a certificate from Hammond Lumber. Longest drives for women: Rose DesLauriers won a Russell Black Farm gift certificate; Longest drive for men: Trevor Scott received a Walmart gift certificate. The $10,000 hole-in-one contest on the No. 2 hole had two close calls but no winner. The next scramble will be held Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Diadema.
