KINGFIELD — The Ski Museum of Maine will hold an open house Friday prior to Kingfield’s First Friday Art Walk.
In addition, Sugarloaf Sports Outlet plans special deals for locals all day and a display local photographer Jamie Corriveau’s work.
The Ski Museum open house is from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5. The museum is at 256 Main St.
The public is invited to visit the museum exhibits, share stories and enjoy refreshments.
The First Friday Art Walk is from 5 to 8 p.m.
Founded in 1995, the Ski Museum of Maine is an organization established with the mission to celebrate and preserve the history and heritage of Maine skiing.
The Ski Museum exhibits artifacts, photographs, artwork and documents, conducts educational programs for ski clubs, schools, libraries, historical and civic organizations, and hosts social events and activities throughout the year.
