AUGUSTA — The Children’s Discovery Museum will host a cookie swap from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22.
Admission is free; just bring along one dozen of your favorite cookies (without peanuts or peanut butter, please), and take home with some yummy new treats for your family.
Christmas will soon be here, and Santa and his reindeer enjoy cookies with their carrots.
Make, take, bake
The museum is sponsoring a Cookie Event on Monday, Dec. 22, with three different time slots: 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Attendees will make chocolate chip cookies, which can then be baked at home. Pre-registration is required by calling 622-2209. The cost is $6 per person to cover the cost of ingredients.
The museum is at 171 Capitol St., and all are welcome. Call 622-2209 for more information.
