Sarah Devlin, spokeswoman for the ski area, said snow conditions were holding up well thanks to early natural snow and an intensive snowmaking effort in November and December.

“We’ve made so much snow we can absorb whatever gets thrown at us this week,” Devlin said. “After the holiday, we’re booked pretty solid because people love to go skiing around Christmas, especially all the lucky folks who got new ski gear.”
