Charges

The following are to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 3 in 11th District Court:

* Jeffrey S. Ryder, 22, of Livermore, failure to disperse and disorderly conduct, 12:30 a.m. Dec. 27. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Amanda Bryce, 28, of Rumford, domestic violence assault, 12:14 a.m. on Dec. 20 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $600 unsecured bail.

Reports

* At 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 30, a Lochness Road resident reported the theft of luggage from her unlocked vehicle parked in her driveway. The estimated loss is $612.

* At 7:09 a.m. on Dec. 25, a Franklin Street resident reported that someone had stolen her medication and replaced it with another medication. Sergeant James Bernard is investigating.

* At 12:37 p.m. on Dec. 24, a Rumford property owner reported the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle at his property. The converter was valued at $200. Bernard is investigating.

* At 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 19, a Somerset resident reported that someone slashed three tires on two vehicles parked in their driveway and broke a window out of one vehicle. The estimated loss is $450 for the tires and $200 for the window. Sergeant Doug Maifeld is investigating.
