TAUNTON, Mass. — Maria E. (Allen) Taylor, 89, of Oxford and Lakeville, Mass., died Monday, Dec. 29, at Morton Hospital after a brief illness.

She was the wife of the late Emery A. Taylor Jr., who predeceased her in September 2005.

She is survived by a son, Daniel G. Labrecque and his wife, Diane, of Lakeville, Mass.; four grandchildren, Michelle, Daniel, Adrian and Maria; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was the mother of the late Steven Labrecque.
