RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas H. Arsenault of Rumford was celebrated at noon on Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church, with the Rev. Greg Dube as the celebrant.

Bernard Poirier was the altar assistant. Lee Petrie and John McCatherin proclaimed the readings. Presenting gifts to the altar were Tom’s grandchildren, Kristy Doyle and Dylan Cox. Words of remembrance were shared by Tom’s children, Joel, Kerri and Kelly. Mark Belanger was the organist. Musical selections included “My Way,” “Amazing Grace,” “Hosea” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.”

A reception was served by the Daughters of Isabella in the church hall following Mass. Arrangements were under the direction of Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
