RUMFORD — Catherine Johnson, executive director of Hope Association, 85 Lincoln Ave., Rumford, announces that Tonia DeSalle is the new human resource administrator. In this position, she will be supporting Hope Association’s 100-plus employees in areas such as benefits, coordinating trainings, recruiting and retention.
She joining the association after working in government contracting and finance for close to a decade.
DeSalle was born and raised in the River Valley area and currently resides in Rumford with her husband and son.
