The truck went off the highway about 12:30 p.m. at mile 59 northbound, according to a statement by Maine State Police spokesman Stephen McCausland. The truck did not roll over when it went off the road.
Police reduced traffic to one lane while crews cleared the scene. Traffic resumed to normal.
According to the statement, Timothy Lukas, 58, of Northwoods, N.H., was driving and treated at Maine Medical Center for minor injuries. The truck, which was hauling paper products, is owned by S.J Transport of Lee, NH.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
