Free coffee at St. Luke’s on Jan. 27

WILTON — St. Luke’s Church in Wilton is offering free coffee and a warm place to enjoy it on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 27, beginning at 9. Coffee will be available while it lasts.

The kitchen is in the basement right off the parking lot, which can be reached via School or High streets. The church address is 59 High St.

Two free-ski nights at Titcomb Mountain

FARMINGTON — The Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County, and University Credit Union are partnering to offer two free ski nights for area youth and families at Titcomb Mountain in Farmington on Friday, Jan. 30, and Friday, Feb. 13, from 4 to 8 p.m.

The two organizations aim to get youth and families active in their community and get involved in encouraging kids to become active.

Nordic and alpine ski and snowshoe rentals will be available for free on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

University Credit Union and Healthy Community Staff will be at the lodge to hand out lift tickets. Come meet Monty Moose. There will be lots of goodies and giveaways, as well as a glow light parade at 7 p.m.
