Hilton Garden Inn Riverwatch, Auburn

Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute bring you the “Her Heart” Luncheon, an educational forum that takes a critical step toward raising women’s awareness that heart disease is their number-one cause of death. We’ll arm you with the facts about heart disease, dispel some myths, tell you what symptoms to look out for, offer tips on how to cope with the disease and provide the latest news and research to beat and treat heart disease. Because knowledge is power, and the more you know, the easier it is for you to win. Cost is $25.00 per person; payable at the event. Registration includes access to the information fair, presentations, complimentary health risk screenings, and a delicious heart-healthy salad buffet lunch. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Central Maine Heart Walk to benefit the American Heart Association. To register, send an e-mail to prevention@cmmc.org or call (207) 795-8448.
