Wicked Illustrations Studio and Gallery will host a grand opening at its new location, 140 Canal St., from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, Feb. 6. The evening will involve art, wine, h’ors devours and giveaways. Paintings and drawings from Wicked students will be on display as well as work by local artists Katherine Cargile, Katie Camire, Grayling Cunningham, Kerry Landry and Melanie Therrien. The event is free and open to the public.  This piece, entitled “One Lucky Cat,” is an oil and acrylic on canvas by artist by Katherine Cargile.
