1950 – 2015

YARMOUTH — Raymond J. Harrington, 64, of Gray, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Coastal Manor.

He was born in Lewiston on April 15, 1950, a son of the late Richard and Nancy (Baker) Harrington Sr. Growing up, he attended Auburn schools and graduated with honors from Edward Little High School, Class of 1968.

After high school, Raymond entered into the U.S. Navy, in which he proudly served his country. Upon his discharge from the Navy, he worked for Pioneer Plastics in Auburn for several years.

He will be remembered for his love of hunting, especially with his best friend, Jerry, and going rollerskating.

He is survived by his two sisters, Mary Freve of Lisbon Falls and Mildred Small of Auburn; as well as his two brothers, David Harrington of Norway and Robert Harrington of Jay.

He was predeceased by a sister, Beverly Hoyt; and two brothers, Richard Harrington Jr. and Alton Harrington.
