FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue School District will hold the following registration dates for kindergarten and pre-kindergarten.

Cape Cod Hill School: Friday, March 6, 1 to 3:30 p.m. Call 778-3031 for an appointment.

Cushing School: Wednesday, April 15, 2 to 5 p.m. Call 645-2442 for an appointment.

Mallett School: Kindergarten, Thursday, May 28, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pre-K registration will be Thursday, May 14, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, May 15, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.

Your child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, your child must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15.

At registration, you will need your child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of your child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. Registration packets should be picked up at your child’s school and completed prior to your child’s appointment.

Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
