* Kris Welch, 32, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:24 p.m. Feb. 16 on Swain Road. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on March 3 in 11th District Court.
Reports
* At 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 16, a Prospect Avenue resident reported a burglary and theft from their home. Property worth $100 was taken. Sgt. Tracey Higley is investigating.
* At 2:24 p.m. on Feb. 12, an Eaton Hill Road resident reported a burglary and theft from their home. Detective Peter Casey is investigating.
* At 1:52 p.m. on Feb. 12, an Eaton Hill Road resident reported a burglary and theft at their residence. Jewelry and firearms were stolen. Higley is investigating.
* At 7:43 a.m. on Feb. 12, an Isthmus Road resident reported that her home was broken into. Higley is investigating.
