SOUTH PARIS — The Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet on Saturday, March 7, honoring local businesses.
U.S. Rep. Bruce Poliquin, R-Maine, will be keynote speaker.
The banquet will begin at 5 p.m. at the Four Seasons Function Center, 187 Main St., South Paris. Legendary guitarist Denny Breau will take the stage during the social hour.
There will be six award presentations during the evening recognizing the following local businesses and individuals:
Business of the Year: WOXO Radio/Gleason Media Services.
Rising Star Winners: Bearfoot Realty and Granite Ridge Estate and Barn.
Employee of the Year Winners: Vic Hodgkins of WOXO Radio/Gleason Media Services, and Jim Cameron of Papoose Pond Family Campground and Cabins.
Community Service Award Winner: Steve Veazey.
