WEST MINOT — The West Minot Grange has announced the following events in March.
The Grange will host a notable West Minot sugar house baked bean supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 14.
There will be three kinds of beans, Jacob’s Cattle, pea and yellow eye; chop suey, cole slaw, hot dogs, yeast rolls, biscuits and cornbread. Dessert will be ice cream with maple syrup and maple cupcakes.
Price will be $8 for all-you-can-eat; $2 for children under 6. For more information, call Joni at 966-3643.
A Maple Sunday breakfast will be from 7:30 a.m. to noon Sunday, March 22. The menu will include pancakes, butter, bacon, sausage, maple syrup, maple butter, orange juice, milk and coffee.
There will be special activities, horse drawn wagon rides and sugar house tours. Weather permitting. For more information, call 966-3643.
The second floor of the grange will feature more than 12 vendor and crafter sales, raffles, displays and a plug for joining the grange. For more information, call Pat at 966-2550 or Jim at 966-2913.
