LIVERMORE FALLS — Wanita J. Lagasse, 58, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away Sunday, March 15, at her home.

She was born on May 15, 1956, in Rumford, the daughter of Willard N. Jackson and Minnie (Perry) Jackson. She attended Jay and Farmington schools.

She married Joseph Ronald Lagasse in 1975. He passed away in 1998.

Wanita enjoyed being a homemaker and especially loved being around her children and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Lagasse of Lewiston; one son, Daniel Heol of Florida; brother and sisters, Willard and Linda Jackson, William and Lillian Flagg, William and Romona Hale, Raymond and JoAnn Jackson, Richard and Jeanne Jackson, Theresa Violette, Gary and Betty Tripp, Joan Jackson and companion, Tim Hastings, James and Linda Chretien, and George Jackson and his wife, Sylvia; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents; her son, Kevin Jackson; and two sisters, Muriel Clark and Marcia Chretien.
